By booking services with Sorted Simply, you agree to the following terms.
Services
Sorted Simply provides home organization services including decluttering, system setup, space planning, and related consulting. Services are customized to each client and confirmed following a consultation.
Booking and Deposits
A 30% deposit is required to reserve your project date. Project dates are not held or guaranteed until the deposit has been received. Once the deposit is received, we will begin the planning process for your project, which may include system design and product recommendations tailored to your space.
The deposit will be applied toward the total project cost. The remaining balance is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe or another approved payment method. Payment must be completed on the scheduled day of service.
Product Purchases
Organizational products and storage systems recommended for your project are typically purchased separately by the client. Sorted Simply may provide curated product recommendations to ensure systems fit the space and function effectively.
Clients are welcome to purchase recommended items wherever they prefer.
Project Scope
Project pricing is based on the scope discussed during the consultation. If additional spaces or services are requested during the project, additional charges may apply.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
If you need to reschedule your project, please provide at least 48 hours notice.
Deposits may be non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice. Rescheduled projects may transfer the deposit to a new date when notice is provided within the required timeframe.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the space during the scheduled service time. For safety reasons, work areas should be reasonably clear of hazards.
Clients should also be available during portions of the organizing process to make decisions about items when needed.
Donation and Disposal
If donation removal or disposal services are included, Sorted Simply will make reasonable efforts to donate usable items to local organizations. However, acceptance of donations by third-party organizations cannot be guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability
While Sorted Simply takes great care when handling client belongings, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear of items handled during the organizing process.
